She did not ask even the most basic questions about the patient's journey with medicine.
She was condescending, rude, and impatient.
When she was asked "Why're you doing so", she simply said "I can also give you less medicine if you have a problem with me".
I complained about her, and Luxmed replied "it is recommended you take the medicines."
... Take the medicines? That's what I was trying to do when called Luxmed for prescription and Aleksandra behaved like an unprofessional asshole.
I'd NOT recommend this doctor, she should NOT be a doctor at all. She is a Vile human being.
